Sue Parker Hall, a friend and colleague, who published her first book, 'Anger, Rage and Relationship: An Empathic Approach to Anger Management', published by Routledge, in October 2008. I highly recommend her book and her courses to anyone who wants to know more about Anger and Rage and the impact of these phenomena on people, and how we need to work differently with the different types of anger and rage that Sue describes.
